melbourne.baby is built by Riverun Pty Ltd (Australia) as part of the Riverun universe of regional and niche web apps. The site has two sides: a public-facing directory of practitioners and family businesses (organised by life stage — pre-conception, pregnancy, birth, newborn, infant/toddler — and by Melbourne town/suburb), plus an events calendar for mum's groups, classes, and family meetups; and a listings side where practitioners and businesses can claim or create a free listing and upgrade to paid Verified or Featured tiers (annual plans, billed in AUD via Stripe).

Primary users: expecting and new parents in Melbourne searching for practitioners, services, or local groups; and practitioners/family businesses managing or upgrading their directory listing.
