  • Newsletter subscribers: your email address, name (optional), and town/area preference.
  • Practitioner / business listings: business name, contact details, description, and address submitted for publication.
  • Claim requests: your name, email, and role at the practice you are claiming.
  • Event submissions: event details and organiser contact information.
  • Usage data: standard web analytics (page views, referrers) collected in aggregate. We do not use cross-site tracking.

3. How we use your information

  • To send you the melbourne.baby newsletter (only if you subscribe).
  • To publish your practice or community listing (only information you submit for that purpose).
  • To review and approve event and listing submissions.
  • To contact you about your listing or submission.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Newsletter

Card payments (where applicable — e.g. paid listing tiers) are processed by Stripe. melbourne.baby does not store full card numbers; Stripe processes and stores card data subject to PCI-DSS Level 1 controls.
