When you submit a listing or event, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to submit it. We reserve the right to approve, edit, or remove any listing or event at our discretion. Misleading or spam submissions will be removed.

4. No warranty
Practitioner and event information is provided as-is. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or currency of listed information. Always verify details directly with the practitioner or event organiser.
5. Intellectual property
By submitting content to melbourne.baby you grant us a licence to publish it on the platform. You retain ownership of your content and may request its removal at any time.
6. Payments
Paid features (e.g. premium listings) are billed through Stripe. Stripe's terms apply to the payment transaction itself. Refunds for paid features are at our discretion; contact us within 14 days of purchase.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by law (including the Australian Consumer Law) that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
